100L High Speed Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier Machine for Food Industry
Description
Following pre-heating in dedicated water and oil boilers, the material mixture is vacuum-transferred into the emulsification vessel where a bidirectional cutting system — comprising a scraping assembly and center impeller — drives downward flow to the homogenizer via integrated compression and folding mechanisms. High tangential rotor velocity and high-frequency mechanical energy induce compound stresses within the stator-rotor clearance zone, including hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, interfacial friction, impact tearing, and turbulent dissipation. This achieves rapid particle size reduction, emulsification, and homogenization of normally immiscible solid-liquid-gas phases, yielding stabilized premium products. Critical process enhancements include vacuum operation eliminating entrained air bubbles, GMP-compliant sanitation through SUS316L electropolished product-contact surfaces, and narrow-gap shear geometry preventing thermal degradation.
